Whisper Something

...Dirty To Me, Baby!

So Hunter and I both are addicted to watching Youtube Videos. We both have our niches in the community that we watch weekly. Though there is the occasion where we watch a video together from the other's playlist or subscription list. This is what happened this morning on our way to church because we do something crazy each morning we go to church to really wake us up. Our girls are in the backseat watching Tinker Bell and Hunter and I are watching this:

So we decided to play it when we got home. I highly recommend playing Whisper with someone that you can really get into playing with that isn't a stick in the mud. Hunter and I have laughed really hard all day long. And it's pretty simple how to play.

You get complete sound cancelling earphones (good ones) and a music device (iPhone, iPad, iPod, MP3 Player, yadayada).

You create phrases for each other or pull some crazy ones off of the internet.

The two people sit facing each other. One of them wears the headphones with music playing really loud. The other person says the phrase. Then the person wearing the headphones has to guess what the other person says.

Trust me it is amazing how "Ride Out the Storm" sounds like "Hide out in the dorms." Or "A practical joke" sounds similar to "I sip a Coke." "Apple of my eye" can also be "Apply to my eye" --- Which I will admit she came close on that one!

It was fun for us to just laugh and have a good time with each other.

My Favorite Things Birchbox for Men

From The Past Few Months

Game Day Shower Gel: Body and Face Cleanser - I used this up and I did buy the full size of it. I do enjoy it. I can see how it would be great for using before a game or something where you have to be wide awake. It will perk your senses up full blown.

LUNATIL Seismik for iPhone - I use this case when I work out. It doesn't add too much bulk to my phone. It absorb shock when dropped. I like using this more than my Otterbox because of the size mostly. My otterbox makes me have to use a cargo pocket to store my phone.

würkin stiffs Power Stays - I wanted these for Christmas and didn't get them. I have them now thanks to Birchbox. I wear a lot of collared shirts for work meetings. I just need to remember to take these out before Hunter takes the shirts to the dry cleaners.

Baxter of California Hard Cream Pomade - I have started styling my hair again. Nate and I discussed how to get the perfect fanned look at the forehead. This stuff is great at that.

English Laundry Signature - Hunter disliked me wearing this but it was one of my favorite. She said that she likes a good musk. This was citrus instead. She warmed up to it. It wasn’t too much, but it was for sure enough. I also liked the price point on this one, $84/bottle.

English Laundry 3-in-1 Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash - I only used this as a conditioner. It was does great for that purpose since I use a lot of hard shampoos.

Luster NOW! Toothpaste + Distinctly White Set - I bought the set. I loved this toothpaste. It is great and the sets really makes a difference.

Davines Naturaltech Energizing Shampoo - This made my hair thick and a lot stronger. I haven't purchased a full size but I am thinking about doing that. Will it replace Big? No.

32 Oral Care Effervescent Breath Treatment - They are basically breathe mint Poprocks. And they work. Rain likes it when I eat these and try to talk because she can hear the pop.

RIADA by Adair Tiebar - I would have bought this for myself. It really liked this. I needed this for work and different things. I feel sharp when wearing this and everything.

Mr. Natty Willie Max’s All-Over Wax - I am buying the full size of this as soon as possible. It can be used all over and that makes very versatile for me. Perfect for my travels because of my fiance.

The Laundress Wash & Stain Bar - Hunter should be proud. I am saving this for Disney. Well for when we actually stay on property. It will be nice to have something to help wash stains out of our clothing.

Tommy John Loafer Liners - I really like these for my Sperry's. I already recommended them to my friend Nate so you know I love them.

All the Happiness Sucked Out of My Life and Never Happy Again

Well what if Hunter walked away from you?

I realized I had asked a question that was personal but don't reverse the topic on me about me. That is exactly what happened. And thinking about this makes me sick to my stomach.

When you wait for a certain person and barely thinking about anyone else for six years you realize just how badly you have it for them. So for her to walk away would feel like a Dementor had kissed me.

I would still be living but I am sure I would walk around like I had no soul. I would lose my zest for life but I wouldn't end my life. I would still do things with my girls but I can honestly say it would be hard to do so with how much they look like Hunter.

I would be like Odette. I would let Hunter walk away if she really didn't love me anymore or if I hurt her so bad she felt like she had to leave our relationship. Though, I know we have overcome so much already in our 6 months of being together.

Our six months are different than others. We have known each other for years but just didn't date so the months milestones kind of go out the door for us. We have a relationship built on trust, strength, friendship, and love.

She shines so bright to me, so for her to walk out I would feel like a dementor was not only near but also giving me their famous kiss.

No chocolate would ever help me.

My ice queen and I however have many years of Disney World together left to go.

April Empties (Or Winter Products I Used Up Finally)

Dragon Mud Body Scrub - I like this. Hunter always wanted to touch my skin afterwards. Wait she always likes  to touch my skin. Maybe it wasn't this scrub. Either way it did make skin feel softer.

Big Blue - I throw this into my tub and I'm gone. I have fell asleep several times in my tub here recently.

Dirty Springwash - I don't use this every day but I do use it when I'm in a rush.

Sandalwood Woodgrain Soap - This has to be my favorite thing to wash with now. For starters, it looks like wood which is just mind blowing. Then it smells good.

Shave Set w/Bowl Antique Ivory - Hunter got me this for Christmas and it ranks in the top 3 as the best Christmas presents I have ever received.

Newport After Shave - I won't forget this first time I used this. Hunter had a glazed look on her face for a long time and her voice wasn't it's normal squeaky self. I may have to shave a lot on our honeymoon.

Dirty Shaving Cream - Hunter has me hooked on this and I don't think I could go back to a different shaving cream.

Tea Tree Castile Liquid Soap - 16 oz - This is worth it's weight in gold. Hunter has made me try all kinds of products for my acne. She resorted to handing me this. I may never need Grease Lightning again!

Grease Lightning - Speaking of that glorious product. When I do have a stray acne pop up this gets rid of it instantly.

Clarisonic Plus Skincare Brush Kit - Hunter swore by hers. She uses hers every other night. I have to admit this plus the Tea Tree Castile Liquid Soap has done amazing things to my skin. I'm not so ashamed to have Hunter run her fingers down my chin and neck.

Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 Mint & Shea Butter - Hunter has her lip balm that she can't live without and this is mine.

Clinique Skin Supplies for Men Age Defense for Eyes - In reality I do not want to have crows feet or bags in my forties so I am taking a lesson from my fiance and putting on the eye cream.

Kiehl’s Since 1851 Kiehl's Since 1851 Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion  - This has also helped with the acne I know for a fact but I don't always use this. I do swap to a toner so it's not so harsh on my skin.

Woodspice Amber Talc - This wasn't what I wanted from this product at all. Yeah it smelled good but as far as working for keeping things non sweaty yeah that didn't happen.

Dirty Body Spray - I use this after working out in the morning. It helps me feel better.

Harrods Fire-Breathing Fizzy Sour Favourites - I felt like Dumbledore eating these sweets.

Deeper Waters

  2. Which is worse, failing or never trying? Never trying because you never know.
  3. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do? Because of things that we think limit us and judgement.

  5. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world? Nonbelievers.
